New Issue: Citigroup prices $7.38 million buffered digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., April 18 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $7.38 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Feb. 5, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be $1,158.10 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
