Chicago, April 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $19.79 million of 0% buffered digital notes due July 24, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 90% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,123.40 per $1,000 principal amount.
If the index falls by more than 10% investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% threshold amount.
