Columbus, Ohio, March 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $245,000 of 0% buffered digital plus securities due April 1, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the digital return amount of 50%.
If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 25% buffer.
