New Issue: RBC sells $112,000 barrier booster notes linked to S&P, Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., March 27 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $112,000 of 0% barrier booster notes due April 1, 2024 linked to the worse performing of the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the lesser performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level but not by more than the booster coupon, 67%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 67% booster coupon.

If the final level of the lesser performing index is greater than the booster coupon, the payout will be par plus the return of the lesser performing index.

If the lesser performing index falls by up to 40%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index from its initial level.
