Barclays intends to price notes due 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, March 21 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% notes due March 25, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser of the index return and 19.5%.

If the index falls or finishes flat, the payout will be par.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on March 22.

The Cusip number is 06747MKF2.
