New Issue: JPMorgan sells $800,000 notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, March 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $800,000 of 0% notes due Sept. 18, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of any index gain. Investors will have 1-to-1 exposure to loss, subject to a floor of 95% of par.
