JPMorgan to price notes due 2022 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Olympia, Wash., March 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% notes due March 31, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final value of the index is greater than the initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 145% of the index return.

If the final value of the index is flat or declines, the payout will be the index return with a 95% minimum return of principal.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 48130W5H0) will price on March 29.
