Citigroup plans 0.5% principal-protected notes tied to S&P, Euro Stoxx

Tacoma, Wash., March 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0.5% market-linked notes due April 1, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Interest will be payable annually.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return. If the basket return is less than or equal to zero, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price March 26.

The Cusip number is 17326YNS1.
