New Issue: UBS prices $6.2 million 14-month digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 28 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $6.2 million of 0% digital notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 85% buffer level, the payout will be par plus 6.93%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
