Barclays to price buffered return enhanced notes due 2021 on Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 26 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due March 3, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain.
If the index finishes flat or declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.3333% for every 1% decline beyond 25%.
Barclays is the underwriter. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.
The notes will price on March 1.
The Cusip number is 06747MGV2.
