New Issue: Barclays sells $1.77 million notes due 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.77 million of 0% notes due Feb. 10, 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain, capped at par plus 30.35%.
If the index remains flat or declines, the payout will be par.
Barclays is the underwriter, with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
