New Issue: JPMorgan sells $329,000 of notes tied to equally weighted basket of three indexes
Chicago, Feb. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $329,000 of notes linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index due Jan. 31, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return times a participation rate of 105%. If the return of the basket is flat or declines the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
