New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.21 million of uncapped contingent buffered notes on index, ETF basket

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.21 million of uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 2, 2024 linked to a basket containing the S&P 500 index with a 40% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 20% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 20% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the basket finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.435 times the gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 40% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level if the basket falls by more than 40%.
