Olympia, Wash., Jan. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.43 million of 0% notes due Jan. 27, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at par plus 27%. If the index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.
