New Issue: UBS prices $8.46 million digital notes due 2020 linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Jan. 14 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $8.46 million of 0% digital notes due July 8, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the maximum settlement amount of $1,172.70 per $1,000 principal amount.
If the index finishes at or above its 90% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
