New Issue: JPMorgan sells $200,000 uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $200,000 of uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.1 times any gain.

If the index declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
