New Issue: JPMorgan sells $35,000 notes linked to basket of Stoxx, S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $35,000 of 0% notes due Dec. 29, 2023 linked to an equally-weight basket of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 133% of any basket gain. If the basket falls, the payout will be par plus the return, with a minimum payout of 90% of par.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
