New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.2 million digital notes tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.2 million of 0% digital notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be $1,100 per $1,000 of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
