New Issue: Goldman prices $48,000 six-year leveraged notes tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Dec. 14 – GS Finance Corp. priced $48,000 of 0% leveraged notes due Dec. 3, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.95 times any index gain.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
