New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.2 million digital notes linked to Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.2 million of 0% digital notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is at least 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount, $1,100 per $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
