Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $11.09 million of 0% buffered enhanced participation equity notes due May 21, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the underlying index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 178.25% of the gain.
If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
