JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on basket

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 20, 2023 linked to a basket of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with an 80% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the basket finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 2.27 times any gain of the basket.
If the basket falls but by no more than 25%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the basket beyond the 25% buffer.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will price on Nov. 15.
The Cusip number is 48130UX75.
