New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5.87 million review notes on Euro Stoxx, Russell 2000

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.87 million of 0% review notes due Nov. 2, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 13% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the lesser performing index falls by more than 40%, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the lesser performing index.
