New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.49 million barrier digital notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.49 million of 0% barrier digital securities due Nov. 7, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 99%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 40% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from its initial level if it declines by more than 40%.
