Chicago, Oct. 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $8.39 million of 0% digital buffered equity notes due Oct. 20, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is at least zero, the payout at maturity will be the greater of the par plus the gain and the threshold settlement amount of $1,439 for each $1,000 principal amount.
If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
