By Susanna Moon
Chicago, Oct. 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.95 million of 8.625% autocallable yield notes due Oct. 18, 2019 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any review date other than the final date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any index ever closes below its 70% trigger level during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
