JPMorgan to price uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 2.1 times any index gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 31.

The Cusip number is 48130UNG6.
