Credit Suisse plans autocallable securities linked to Russell, Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 5 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% autocallable securities due Oct. 19, 2022 linked to the lowest performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annual call premium of at least 9.85% if each underlying index closes at or above its initial level on any annual observation date.

If each index finishes at or above its 70% knock-in level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 39.4%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser-performing index.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 12.

The Cusip number is 22551LER7.
