Barclays plans three-year buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Oct. 3 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.65 times to 1.7 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Oct. 31.
The Cusip number is 06746XRR6.
