Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.75 million of 0% trigger step securities due Sept. 30, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the index return and the step return of 45%.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by 25% or less and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from its initial level if the index falls more than 25%.
