By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Sept. 19 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $495,000 of 4.2% autocallable fixed interest barrier notes due Sept. 3, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date.
