New Issue: TD Bank prices $5.27 million leveraged notes with 95% floor on Stoxx 50

Chicago, Aug. 29 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $5.27 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Aug. 25, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.865 times any index gain.
If the index falls, the payout will be par plus the return up to a maximum loss of 5%.
