Credit Suisse plans three-year contingent return autocalls on Stoxx

Chicago, Aug. 27 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% autocallable notes due Aug. 31, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 8% to 10% if the index closes at or above its initial level on either call observation date, expected to be May 31, 2019 or June 2, 2020.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent return of 42.15%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 29.

The Cusip number is 22551L5E6.
