Olympia, Wash., Aug. 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.7 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 3, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of the index gain, up to a maximum payment of $13.83 per PLUS.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as dealer.
