New Issue: Barclays sells $1.27 million notes due 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.27 million of 0% notes due July 29, 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2505 times the gain.
If the index falls or remains flat, investors will receive par.
Barclays is the agent with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
