Citigroup plans five-year buffered digital plus notes tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, July 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffered digital plus securities due Sept. 5, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and the digital return of 55%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 25%.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
The notes will price on Aug. 28.
The Cusip number is 17324CYL4.
