New Issue: HSBC prices $810,000 digital barrier notes due 2020 on Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., July 23 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $810,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due Jan. 27, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the digital upside return of 13%.

If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
