Citigroup plans to price notes due 2021 tied to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Olympia, Wash., July 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% notes due July 22, 2021 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index finishes above its initial value the payment at maturity will be 126.85% of the index return.
The payout at maturity will be par if the index is flat or declines.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
The Cusip is 17324CY42.
The notes will price on July 20 and settle on July 25.
