New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $410,000 digital return equity notes on Stoxx 50, EAFE ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., July 19 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $410,000 of 0% digital return equity securities due May 29, 2020 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each underlying finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 33%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par plus the return of the worse performing asset with full exposure to any losses.
