New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.54 million notes on Euro Stoxx 50 index

Columbus, Ohio, July 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.54 million of 0% notes due June 30, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, investors will be exposed to the loss up to 5%, with no more than 95% of the principal amount at risk.
