New Issue: Barclays prices $500,000 two-year notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., July 18 – Barclays Bank plc priced $500,000 of 0% notes due June 26, 2020 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain, capped at par plus 20.05%.
If the index falls by up to 5%, the payout will be par plus the index return.
If the index falls by more than 5%, investors will receive 95% of par.
