New Issue: TD Bank prices $3.82 million of digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., July 13 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $3.82 million of 0% digital notes due Sept. 15, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,195 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.

If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
