Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes due 2023 on Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., June 4 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 29, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.05 to 2.1 times the index return. The exact upside leverage factor will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 30%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on June 26 and settle on June 29.

The Cusip number is 06746XET6.
