New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.3 million market-linked notes on fund, two indexes

Olympia, Wash., May 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.3 million of 0% market-linked notes due May 30, 2023 linked to a basket of two indexes and an exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF with a 50% weight, the S&P 500 index with a 25% weight and the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 25% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any basket gain.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
