New Issue: JPMorgan prices $971,000 contingent buffered digital notes tied to Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., May 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $971,000 of 0% contingent buffered digital notes due May 23, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 112%. If the index falls by up to 40%, the payout will be par. If the final index level is less than the initial index level by more than 40%, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
