Barclays plans to price three-year notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 23 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% notes due May 28, 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 to 1.3 times the gain.

If the index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payment of 95% of par.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on May 24.

The Cusip number is 06746XA45.
