Olympia, Wash., May 22 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $980,000 of 0% market-linked notes due May 20, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 113% of any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
