Credit Suisse to price knock-out notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% knock-out notes due Nov. 20, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 10.25%.

If the index falls by no more than 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the agents.

The notes will price on May 18.

The Cusip number is 22550WU54.
