New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.23 million market-linked notes on fund, two indexes

Chicago, April 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.23 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 23, 2021 linked to a basket of two indexes and an exchange-traded fund, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, capped at 30%.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par plus the return with investors exposed to 10% of losses.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
