New Issue: TD Bank sells $14.24 million leveraged capped buffered notes index basket

Chicago, April 27 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $14.24 million of leveraged capped buffered notes due Aug. 20, 2019 linked Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum payout of $1,310.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
